What will you do?
As an Operations and Customer Service intern, you will work closely with our experienced operations team to assist in delivering high-quality service to our customers and partners. Whether it’s responding to customer inquiries, coordinating schedules, or improving service processes, your role will be essential in ensuring everything operates seamlessly. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the operations side of the hospitality and care industry, while learning valuable customer service skills. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer service inquiries via email, phone, and chat
- Assisting in the daily operations of service delivery, scheduling, and communication
- Supporting operational process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Coordinating with partners to ensure smooth service
- Assisting in guest checkins and management
- Handling administrative tasks, including data entry and reporting
- Providing on-site support and assistance when needed
- Offering input to optimize customer satisfaction and experience
